6.LIVE CHAT SOFTWARE

This website uses live chat software provided by Userlike UG (limited liability), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany to communicate with customers on elevator-specific issues, fault notifications and general questions.

You can use the live chat as a contact form to chat with our staff in near real time. At the start of the chat, personal data is collected (date and time of the call, browser type/version, IP address, operating system used, URL of the previously visited website, amount of data sent). Depending on the course of the conversation with our employees, further personal data may arise in the chat, which are entered by you (relating to the content data of the conversation or chat).
